  1. Agreement to Terms By downloading, installing, or using the ANO SEO Tool mobile app, Chrome extension, or web dashboard (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use
    the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and ANO SEO Tool (“we,” “us,” or “our”), not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content.
  1. Description of Service ANO SEO Tool is an AI-powered SEO platform that includes:
  • Mobile App – AI-powered Search Console insights, keyword tracking, and website audits
  • Chrome Extension – Keyword scraping, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO scanning
  • Web Dashboard – Full-featured desktop access including AI content writing and content planning
  • AI Analysis – Intelligent SEO insights, fix suggestions, and competitor gap analysis
  • Keyword Research – Search volume, CPC data, and short/long-tail keyword suggestions
  • Website Audit – Technical SEO audits with AI-generated fixes and PDF reports
  1. Account Registration You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
  1. Subscriptions and Payments 4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions ANO SEO Tool offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
  • Subscription plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis at prices displayed at the time of purchase
  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period
  • Price changes: We will notify you of any price changes. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance 4.2 Free Trials If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. 4.3 Cancellation
  • iOS/macOS: Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time
  • Android: Manage and cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods unless required by applicable law 4.4 Refunds All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple per their standard refund policies.
  1. Acceptable Use You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code through the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload our infrastructure without permission
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or deceptive
  1. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated outputs — are owned by ANO SEO Tool and protected by applicable
    intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
  1. Privacy Your use of the Service is subject to our https://anoseo.ai/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
  1. Third-Party Services The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are
    not responsible for third-party services.
  1. Support and Maintenance Maintenance and support for the Service is provided solely by ANO SEO Tool, not by Apple or Google. For support, contact us at support@anoseo.ai.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
    NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. SEO results may vary and are not guaranteed.
  1. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANO SEO TOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF
    THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
  1. Apple-Specific Terms If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
  • These Terms are between you and ANO SEO Tool only, not with Apple
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service
  • In the event the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other
    warranty obligation with respect to the Service
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the Service, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary
  1. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections
    6, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
  1. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
  1. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
